How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number at any time — no account required.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, just email us with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 6–8 business days depending on your location within the US. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no runaround.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding internationally and will announce it when we do.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in processing or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
