Shipping policy
We ship all orders from within the United States. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within the following timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 6–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area and with neighbors before contacting us. If the package cannot be located, email us at support@orizara.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@orizara.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
